Because of very young, energetic and enthusiastic volunteers’ involvement in the sub chapter, most of the programs organized by this sub chapter are very effective and remarkable according to the feedbacks provided by suffering / victims. Focusing the main principles of Nepal Red Cross Society, this sub chapter was formed on 2060 to distribute its functions into grass level of Nepalese society. Since the establishment, this sub chapter has been accomplished various programs to the Nepalese people with effective and remarkable results.
